ਦੂਤਨ ਸੰਗਰੀਆ ॥
dūtan sangarīā .
To associate with your arch enemies,
ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਗਤਿ ਨਹਿ ਕੋਊ ਜਾਨੈ ॥
har kī gat nah kōū jānai .
No one knows the state of the Lord.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਮੋਲੇ ਰਾਮ ॥
har har nām dhiāīai mērī jindurīē guramukh nām amōlē rām .
Meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, O my soul; as Gurmukh, meditate on the invaluable Name of the Lord.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥
anmrit har har nām hai mērī jindurīē anmrit guramat pāē rām .
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is Ambrosial Nectar, O my soul; through the Guru's Teachings, this Nectar is obtained.
ਜਗਿ ਸੁਕ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਧਾਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥
jag sukrit kīrat nām hai mērī jindurīē har kīrat har man dhārē rām .
In this world, the best occupation is to sing the Praises of the Naam, O my soul. Singing the Praises of the Lord, the Lord is enshrined in the mind.
ਹਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ ਕਉ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ॥
hau balihārī tinh kau mērī jindurīē jinh har har nām adhārō rām .
I am a sacrifice, O my soul, to those who take the Support of the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.
ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਚੇਤਿਓ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਤੇ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਮੂੜ ਇਆਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥
jin har har nām n chētiō mērī jindurīē tē manamukh mūr iānē rām .
Those who do not remember the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, O my soul - those self-willed manmukhs are foolish and ignorant.
ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੂੰ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੂੰ ਜਾਣਹਿ ਜੋ ਜੀਇ ਕਮਾਈਐ ਰਾਮ ॥
sabh jī tērē tūn varatadā mērē har prabh tūn jānah jō jīi kamāīai rām .
All beings are Yours - You permeate them all. O my Lord God, You know what they do in their hearts.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਏਕੁ ਅਚੰਭਉ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਾਲ ਜੀਉ ਜੋ ਕਰੇ ਸੁ ਧਰਮ ਨਿਆਏ ਰਾਮ ॥
har kā ēk achanbhau dēkhiā mērē lāl jīu jō karē s dharam niāē rām .
I have seen one miracle of the Lord, O my Dear Beloved - whatever He does is righteous and just.
ਅਤਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਮਨ ਮੋਹਨਾ ਘਟ ਸੋਹਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧਾਰਾ ਰਾਮ ॥
at prītam man mōhanā ghat sōhanā prān adhārā rām .
He is dear to me; He fascinates my mind; He is the ornament of my heart, the support of the breath of life.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਗੁਰ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪੂਰੇ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣਾ ਰਾਮ ॥
kar kirapā gur pārabraham pūrē anadin nām vakhānā rām .
Shower Your Mercy upon me, O Guru, O Perfect Supreme Lord God, that I might chant the Naam, the Name of the Lord, night and day.
ਵਧੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਰੈਨੜੀਏ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੁ ਲਗਾ ॥
vadh sukh rainarīē pri prēm lagā .
O peaceful night, grow longer - I have come to enshrine love for my Beloved.
