ਏਕ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ੍ਟਿ ਹਰਿ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਪਛਾਣੀ ॥
ēk drist har ēkō jātā har ātam rām pashānī .
I see the One Lord, and I know the One Lord; I realize Him within my soul.
ਹੰਉ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਹੰਉ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਖਰੀ ਨਿਮਾਣੀ ॥੧॥
hanu gur bin hanu gur bin kharī nimānī .1.
Without the Guru, I am - without the Guru, I am totally dishonored. ||1||
ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥
jinā satigur jin satigur pāiā tin har prabh mēl milāē rām .
Those who have found the True Guru, the True Guru, the Lord God unites them in His Union.
ਤਿਨ ਚਰਣ ਤਿਨ ਚਰਣ ਸਰੇਵਹ ਹਮ ਲਾਗਹ ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਪਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥
tin charan tin charan sarēvah ham lāgah tin kai pāē rām .
Their feet, their feet, I adore; I fall at their feet.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਚਰਣ ਸਰੇਵਹ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਧ੍ਯਾਇਆ ॥
har har charan sarēvah tin kē jin satigur purakh prabh dhyāiā .
O Lord, Har, Har, I adore the feet of those who meditate on the True Guru, and the Almighty Lord God.
ਤੂ ਵਡਦਾਤਾ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਰਧਾ ਪੂਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇਆ ॥
tū vadadātā antarajāmī mērī saradhā pūr har rāiā .
You are the Greatest Giver, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts; please, reward my faith, O Lord King.
ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਮੇਲਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਰਧਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਮ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ॥
gurasikh mēl mērī saradhā pūrī anadin rām gun gāē .
Meeting the Gursikh, my faith is rewarded; night and day, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਏ ॥੨॥

Those who have found the True Guru, the True Guru, the Lord God unites them in His Union. ||2||
ਹੰਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਹੰਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਮੀਤ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥
hanu vārī hanu vārī gurasikh mīt piārē rām .
I am a sacrifice, I am a sacrifice to the Gursikhs, my dear friends.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸੁਣਾਏ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥
har nāmō har nām sunāē mērā prītam nām adhārē rām .
They chant the Lord's Name, the Lord's Name; the Beloved Naam, the Name of the Lord, is my only Support.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਸਖਾਈ ਤਿਸੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਘੜੀ ਨਿਮਖ ਨਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ॥
har har nām mērā prān sakhāī tis bin gharī nimakh nahī jīvānh .
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is the companion of my breath of life; without it, I cannot live for an instant or a moment.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੇ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀਵਾਂ ॥
har har kripā karē sukhadātā guramukh anmrit pīvānh .
The Lord, Har, Har, the Giver of peace, shows His Mercy, and the Gurmukh drinks in the Ambrosial Nectar.
ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਸਰਧਾ ਲਾਇ ਮਿਲਾਏ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ ਸਵਾਰੇ ॥
har āpē saradhā lāi milāē har āpē āp savārē .
The Lord blesses him with faith, and unites him in His Union; He Himself adorns him.
ਹੰਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਹੰਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਮੀਤ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥੩॥
hanu vārī hanu vārī gurasikh mīt piārē .3.
I am a sacrifice, I am a sacrifice to the Gursikhs, my dear friends. ||3||
ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥
har āpē har āpē purakh niranjan sōī rām .
The Lord Himself, the Lord Himself, is the Immaculate Almighty Lord God.
ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਮੇਲੈ ਕਰੈ ਸੋ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥
har āpē har āpē mēlai karai sō hōī rām .
The Lord Himself, the Lord Himself, unites us with Himself; that which He does, comes to pass.
ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਾਵੈ ਸੋਈ ਹੋਵੈ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕਰਣਾ ਜਾਈ ॥
jō har prabh bhāvai sōī hōvai avar n karanā jāī .
Whatever is pleasing to the Lord God, that alone comes to pass; nothing else can be done.
ਬਹੁਤੁ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਲਇਆ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਕਰਿ ਥਾਕੇ ਸਭਿ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ॥
bahut siānap laiā n jāī kar thākē sabh chaturāī .
Even by very clever tricks, He cannot be obtained; all have grown weary of practicing cleverness.
ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਮੈ ਹਰਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ॥
gur prasād jan nānak dēkhiā mai har bin avar n kōī .
By Guru's Grace, servant Nanak beholds the Lord; without the Lord, I have no other at all.
ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ ॥੪॥੨॥
har āpē har āpē purakh niranjan sōī .4.2.
The Lord Himself, the Lord Himself, is the Immaculate Almighty Lord God. ||4||2||

har satigur har satigur mēl har satigur charan ham bhāiā rām .
The Lord, the True Guru, the Lord, the True Guru - if only I could meet the Lord, the True Guru; His Lotus Feet are so pleasing to me.
ਤਿਮਰ ਅਗਿਆਨੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਅੰਜਨੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਰਾਮ ॥
timar agiān gavāiā gur giān anjan gur pāiā rām .
The darkness of my ignorance was dispelled, when the Guru applied the healing ointment of spiritual wisdom to my eyes.
ਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਜਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਇਆ ਅਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਧੇਰ ਬਿਨਾਸੇ ॥
gur giān anjan satigurū pāiā agiān andhēr bināsē .
The True Guru has applied the healing ointment of spiritual wisdom to my eyes, and the darkness of ignorance has been dispelled.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਿ ਪਰਮ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿਆ ਸਾਸ ਗਿਰਾਸੇ ॥
satigur sēv param pad pāiā har japiā sās girāsē .
Serving the Guru, I have obtained the supreme status; I meditate on the Lord with every breath, and every morsel of food.
ਜਿਨ ਕੰਉ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਇਆ ॥
jin kanu har prabh kirapā dhārī tē satigur sēvā lāiā .
Those, upon whom the Lord God has bestowed His Grace, are committed to the service of the True Guru.
ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮੇਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਚਰਣ ਹਮ ਭਾਇਆ ॥੧॥
har satigur har satigur mēl har satigur charan ham bhāiā .1.
The Lord, the True Guru, the Lord, the True Guru - if only I could meet the Lord, the True Guru; His Lotus Feet are so pleasing to me. ||1||
ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਮੈ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਰਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਰਾਮ ॥
mērā satigur mērā satigur piārā mai gur bin rahan n jāī rām .
My True Guru, my True Guru is my Beloved; without the Guru, I cannot live.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੇਵੈ ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਖਾਈ ਰਾਮ ॥
har nāmō har nām dēvai mērā ant sakhāī rām .
He gives me the Name of the Lord, the Name of the Lord, my only companion in the end.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਖਾਈ ਗੁਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਆ ॥
har har nām mērā ant sakhāī gur satigur nām drirāiā .
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is my only companion in the end; the Guru, the True Guru, has implanted the Naam, the Name of the Lord, within me.
ਜਿਥੈ ਪੁਤੁ ਕਲਤ੍ਰੁ ਕੋਈ ਬੇਲੀ ਨਾਹੀ ਤਿਥੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਛਡਾਇਆ ॥
jithai put kalatr kōī bēlī nāhī tithai har har nām shadāiā .
There, where neither child nor spouse shall accompany you, the Name of the Lord, Har, Har shall emancipate you.
ਧਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਜਿਤੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈ ॥
dhan dhan satigur purakh niranjan jit mil har nām dhiāī .
Blessed, blessed is the True Guru, the Immaculate, Almighty Lord God; meeting Him, I meditate on the Name of the Lord.
ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਮੈ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਰਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥੨॥
