ਲੋਗਾ ਭਰਮਿ ਨ ਭੂਲਹੁ ਭਾਈ ॥
lōgā bharam n bhūlah bhāī .
O people, O Siblings of Destiny, do not wander deluded by doubt.
ਖਾਲਿਕੁ ਖਲਕ ਖਲਕ ਮਹਿ ਖਾਲਿਕੁ ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਓ ਸ੍ਰਬ ਠਾਂਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
khālik khalak khalak mah khālik pūr rahiō srab thānhī .1. rahāu .
The Creation is in the Creator, and the Creator is in the Creation, totally pervading and permeating all places. ||1||Pause||
ਮਾਟੀ ਏਕ ਅਨੇਕ ਭਾਂਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਸਾਜੀ ਸਾਜਨਹਾਰੈ ॥
mātī ēk anēk bhānht kar sājī sājanahārai .
The clay is the same, but the Fashioner has fashioned it in various ways.
ਨਾ ਕਛੁ ਪੋਚ ਮਾਟੀ ਕੇ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਨਾ ਕਛੁ ਪੋਚ ਕੁੰਭਾਰੈ ॥੨॥
nā kash pōch mātī kē bhānhdē nā kash pōch kunbhārai .2.
There is nothing wrong with the pot of clay - there is nothing wrong with the Potter. ||2||
ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਸਚਾ ਏਕੋ ਸੋਈ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਕੀਆ ਸਭੁ ਕਛੁ ਹੋਈ ॥
sabh mah sachā ēkō sōī tis kā kīā sabh kash hōī .
The One True Lord abides in all; by His making, everything is made.
ਹੁਕਮੁ ਪਛਾਨੈ ਸੁ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਨੈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਹੀਐ ਸੋਈ ॥੩॥
hukam pashānai s ēkō jānai bandā kahīai sōī .3.
Whoever realizes the Hukam of His Command, knows the One Lord. He alone is said to be the Lord's slave. ||3||
ਅਲਹੁ ਅਲਖੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਲਖਿਆ ਗੁਰਿ ਗੁੜੁ ਦੀਨਾ ਮੀਠਾ ॥
alah alakh n jāī lakhiā gur gur dīnā mīthā .
The Lord Allah is Unseen; He cannot be seen. The Guru has blessed me with this sweet molasses.
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੰਕਾ ਨਾਸੀ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਡੀਠਾ ॥੪॥੩॥
kah kabīr mērī sankā nāsī sarab niranjan dīthā .4.3.
Says Kabeer, my anxiety and fear have been taken away; I see the Immaculate Lord pervading everywhere. ||4||3||

ਬੇਦ ਕਤੇਬ ਕਹਹੁ ਮਤ ਝੂਠੇ ਝੂਠਾ ਜੋ ਨ ਬਿਚਾਰੈ ॥
bēd katēb kahah mat jhūthē jhūthā jō n bichārai .
Do not say that the Vedas, the Bible and the Koran are false. Those who do not contemplate them are false.
ਜਉ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਏਕੁ ਖੁਦਾਇ ਕਹਤ ਹਉ ਤਉ ਕਿਉ ਮੁਰਗੀ ਮਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
jau sabh mah ēk khudāi kahat hau tau kiu muragī mārai .1.
You say that the One Lord is in all, so why do you kill chickens? ||1||
ਮੁਲਾਂ ਕਹਹੁ ਨਿਆਉ ਖੁਦਾਈ ॥
mulānh kahah niāu khudāī .
O Mullah, tell me: is this God's Justice?
ਤੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਕਾ ਭਰਮੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
tērē man kā bharam n jāī .1. rahāu .
The doubts of your mind have not been dispelled. ||1||Pause||
ਪਕਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਆਨਿਆ ਦੇਹ ਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਮਾਟੀ ਕਉ ਬਿਸਮਿਲਿ ਕੀਆ ॥
pakar jīu āniā dēh bināsī mātī kau bisamil kīā .
You seize a living creature, and then bring it home and kill its body; you have killed only the clay.
ਜੋਤਿ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਨਾਹਤ ਲਾਗੀ ਕਹੁ ਹਲਾਲੁ ਕਿਆ ਕੀਆ ॥੨॥
jōt sarūp anāhat lāgī kah halāl kiā kīā .2.
The light of the soul passes into another form. So tell me, what have you killed? ||2||
ਕਿਆ ਉਜੂ ਪਾਕੁ ਕੀਆ ਮੁਹੁ ਧੋਇਆ ਕਿਆ ਮਸੀਤਿ ਸਿਰੁ ਲਾਇਆ ॥
kiā ujū pāk kīā muh dhōiā kiā masīt sir lāiā .
And what good are your purifications? Why do you bother to wash your face? And why do you bother to bow your head in the mosque?
ਜਉ ਦਿਲ ਮਹਿ ਕਪਟੁ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਗੁਜਾਰਹੁ ਕਿਆ ਹਜ ਕਾਬੈ ਜਾਇਆ ॥੩॥
jau dil mah kapat nivāj gujārah kiā haj kābai jāiā .3.
Your heart is full of hypocrisy; what good are your prayers or your pilgrimage to Mecca? ||3||
ਤੂੰ ਨਾਪਾਕੁ ਪਾਕੁ ਨਹੀ ਸੂਝਿਆ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਮਰਮੁ ਨ ਜਾਨਿਆ ॥
tūn nāpāk pāk nahī sūjhiā tis kā maram n jāniā .
You are impure; you do not understand the Pure Lord. You do not know His Mystery.
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਭਿਸਤਿ ਤੇ ਚੂਕਾ ਦੋਜਕ ਸਿਉ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ॥੪॥੪॥
kah kabīr bhisat tē chūkā dōjak siu man māniā .4.4.
Says Kabeer, you have missed out on paradise; your mind is set on hell. ||4||4||

ਸੁੰਨ ਸੰਧਿਆ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੇਵ ਦੇਵਾਕਰ ਅਧਪਤਿ ਆਦਿ ਸਮਾਈ ॥
sunn sandhiā tērī dēv dēvākar adhapat ād samāī .
Hear my prayer, Lord; You are the Divine Light of the Divine, the Primal, All-pervading Master.
ਸਿਧ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਅੰਤੁ ਨਹੀ ਪਾਇਆ ਲਾਗਿ ਰਹੇ ਸਰਨਾਈ ॥੧॥
sidh samādh ant nahī pāiā lāg rahē saranāī .1.
The Siddhas in Samaadhi have not found Your limits. They hold tight to the Protection of Your Sanctuary. ||1||
ਲੇਹੁ ਆਰਤੀ ਹੋ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪੂਜਹੁ ਭਾਈ ॥
lēh āratī hō purakh niranjan satigur pūjah bhāī .
Worship and adoration of the Pure, Primal Lord comes by worshipping the True Guru, O Siblings of Destiny.
ਠਾਢਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਨਿਗਮ ਬੀਚਾਰੈ ਅਲਖੁ ਨ ਲਖਿਆ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
thādhā brahamā nigam bīchārai alakh n lakhiā jāī .1. rahāu .
Standing at His Door, Brahma studies the Vedas, but he cannot see the Unseen Lord. ||1||Pause||
ਤਤੁ ਤੇਲੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਕੀਆ ਬਾਤੀ ਦੀਪਕੁ ਦੇਹ ਉਜ੍ਯਾਰਾ ॥
tat tēl nām kīā bātī dīpak dēh ujyārā .
With the oil of knowledge about the essence of reality, and the wick of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, this lamp illluminates my body.
ਜੋਤਿ ਲਾਇ ਜਗਦੀਸ ਜਗਾਇਆ ਬੂਝੈ ਬੂਝਨਹਾਰਾ ॥੨॥
jōt lāi jagadīs jagāiā būjhai būjhanahārā .2.
I have applied the Light of the Lord of the Universe, and lit this lamp. God the Knower knows. ||2||
ਪੰਚੇ ਸਬਦ ਅਨਾਹਦ ਬਾਜੇ ਸੰਗੇ ਸਾਰਿੰਗਪਾਨੀ ॥
panchē sabad anāhad bājē sangē sāringapānī .
The Unstruck Melody of the Panch Shabad, the Five Primal Sounds, vibrates and resounds. I dwell with the Lord of the World.
ਕਬੀਰ ਦਾਸ ਤੇਰੀ ਆਰਤੀ ਕੀਨੀ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਨਿਰਬਾਨੀ ॥੩॥੫॥
kabīr dās tērī āratī kīnī nirankār nirabānī .3.5.
Kabeer, Your slave, performs this Aartee, this lamp-lit worship service for You, O Formless Lord of Nirvaanaa. ||3||5||

man kī birathā man hī jānai kai būjhal āgai kahīai .
The mind alone knows the state of the mind; I tell it to the Knowing Lord.
ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਰਾਮੁ ਰਵਾਂਈ ਮੈ ਡਰੁ ਕੈਸੇ ਚਹੀਐ ॥੧॥
antarajāmī rām ravānhī mai dar kaisē chahīai .1.
I chant the Name of the Lord, the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts - why should I be afraid? ||1||
ਬੇਧੀਅਲੇ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਗੋੁਸਾਈ ॥
bēdhīalē gōpāl gōsāī .
My mind is pierced through by the love of the Lord of the World.
ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਰਵਿਆ ਸਰਬੇ ਠਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
mērā prabh raviā sarabē thāī .1. rahāu .
My God is All-pervading everywhere. ||1||Pause||
ਮਾਨੈ ਹਾਟੁ ਮਾਨੈ ਪਾਟੁ ਮਾਨੈ ਹੈ ਪਾਸਾਰੀ ॥
mānai hāt mānai pāt mānai hai pāsārī .
The mind is the shop, the mind is the town, and the mind is the shopkeeper.
ਮਾਨੈ ਬਾਸੈ ਨਾਨਾ ਭੇਦੀ ਭਰਮਤੁ ਹੈ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ॥੨॥
mānai bāsai nānā bhēdī bharamat hai sansārī .2.
The mind abides in various forms, wandering all across the world. ||2||
ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਏਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਣੀ ॥
gur kai sabad ēh man rātā dubidhā sahaj samānī .
This mind is imbued with the Word of the Guru's Shabad, and duality is easily overcome.
