ਤਿਨ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਸਰਹਿ ਜਿ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਏ ॥
tin tūn visarah j dūjai bhāē .
Thse who are in love with duality forget You.
ਮਨਮੁਖ ਅਗਿਆਨੀ ਜੋਨੀ ਪਾਏ ॥੨॥
manamukh agiānī jōnī pāē .2.
The ignorant, self-willed manmukhs are consigned to reincarnation. ||2||
ਜਿਨ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਤੁਠਾ ਸੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਏ ॥ ਜਿਨ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਤੁਠਾ ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਏ ॥
jin ik man tuthā sē satigur sēvā lāē . jin ik man tuthā tin har mann vasāē .
Those who are pleasing to the One Lord are assigned to His service and enshrine Him within their minds.
ਗੁਰਮਤੀ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਏ ॥੩॥
guramatī har nām samāē .3.
Through the Guru's Teachings, they are absorbed in the Lord's Name. ||3||
ਜਿਨਾ ਪੋਤੈ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਸੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਬੀਚਾਰੀ ॥
jinā pōtai punn sē giān bīchārī .
Those who have virtue as their treasure, contemplate spiritual wisdom.
ਜਿਨਾ ਪੋਤੈ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਤਿਨ ਹਉਮੈ ਮਾਰੀ ॥
jinā pōtai punn tin haumai mārī .
Those who have virtue as their treasure, subdue egotism.
ਨਾਨਕ ਜੋ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤੇ ਤਿਨ ਕਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ॥੪॥੭॥੨੭॥
nānak jō nām ratē tin kau balihārī .4.7.27.
Nanak is a sacrifice to those who are attuned to the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||7||27||
ਗਉੜੀ ਗੁਆਰੇਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੩ ॥

ਸੋ ਕਿਉ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਜਿਸ ਕੇ ਜੀਅ ਪਰਾਨਾ ॥
sō kiu visarai jis kē jī parānā .
Why forget Him, unto whom the soul and the breath of life belong?
ਸੋ ਕਿਉ ਵਿਸਰੈ ਸਭ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਨਾ ॥
sō kiu visarai sabh māh samānā .
Why forget Him, who is all-pervading?
ਜਿਤੁ ਸੇਵਿਐ ਦਰਗਹ ਪਤਿ ਪਰਵਾਨਾ ॥੧॥
jit sēviai daragah pat paravānā .1.
Serving Him, one is honored and accepted in the Court of the Lord. ||1||
ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਉ ॥
har kē nām vitah bal jāu .
I am a sacrifice to the Name of the Lord.
ਤੂੰ ਵਿਸਰਹਿ ਤਦਿ ਹੀ ਮਰਿ ਜਾਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
tūn visarah tad hī mar jāu .1. rahāu .
If I were to forget You, at that very instant, I would die. ||1||Pause||
ਤਿਨ ਤੂੰ ਵਿਸਰਹਿ ਜਿ ਤੁਧੁ ਆਪਿ ਭੁਲਾਏ ॥
tin tūn visarah j tudh āp bhulāē .
Those whom You Yourself have led astray, forget You.
