Saarang, Fifth Mehl:
ਟੂਟੀ ਨਿੰਦਕ ਕੀ ਅਧ ਬੀਚ ॥
tūtī nindak kī adh bīch .
The slanderer is destroyed in mid-stream.
ਜਨ ਕਾ ਰਾਖਾ ਆਪਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਕਉ ਆਇ ਪਹੂਚੀ ਮੀਚ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
jan kā rākhā āp suāmī bēmukh kau āi pahūchī mīch .1. rahāu .
Our Lord and Master is the Saving Grace, the Protector of His humble servants; those who have turned their backs on the Guru are overtaken by death. ||1||Pause||
ਉਸ ਕਾ ਕਹਿਆ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਸੁਣਈ ਕਹੀ ਨ ਬੈਸਣੁ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
us kā kahiā kōi n sunaī kahī n baisan pāvai .
No one listens to what he says; he is not allowed to sit anywhere.
ਈਹਾਂ ਦੁਖੁ ਆਗੈ ਨਰਕੁ ਭੁੰਚੈ ਬਹੁ ਜੋਨੀ ਭਰਮਾਵੈ ॥੧॥
īhānh dukh āgai narak bhunchai bah jōnī bharamāvai .1.
He suffers in pain here, and falls into hell hereafter. He wanders in endless reincarnations. ||1||
ਪ੍ਰਗਟੁ ਭਇਆ ਖੰਡੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਪਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
pragat bhaiā khandī brahamandī kītā apanā pāiā .
He has become infamous across worlds and galaxies; he receives according to what he has done.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਿ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਕਰਤੇ ਕੀ ਅਨਦ ਮੰਗਲ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇਆ ॥੨॥੮੩॥੧੦੬॥
nānak saran nirabhau karatē kī anad mangal gun gāiā .2.83.106.
Nanak seeks the Sanctuary of the Fearless Creator Lord; he sings His Glorious Praises in ecstasy and bliss. ||2||83||106||
