ਇਨ ਬਿਧਿ ਇਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਹਰਿਆ ਹੋਇ ॥
in bidh ih man hariā hōi .
In this way, this mind is rejuvenated.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੈ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹਉਮੈ ਕਢੈ ਧੋਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
har har nām japai din rātī guramukh haumai kadhai dhōi .1. rahāu .
Chanting the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, day and night, egotism is removed and washed away from the Gurmukhs. ||1||Pause||
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਬਦੁ ਸੁਣਾਏ ॥
satigur bānī sabad sunāē .
The True Guru speaks the Bani of the Word, and the Shabad, the Word of God.
ਇਹੁ ਜਗੁ ਹਰਿਆ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਾਏ ॥੨॥
ih jag hariā satigur bhāē .2.
This world blossoms forth in its greenery, through the love of the True Guru. ||2||
ਫਲ ਫੂਲ ਲਾਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਆਪੇ ਲਾਏ ॥
phal phūl lāgē jānh āpē lāē .
The mortal blossoms forth in flower and fruit, when the Lord Himself so wills.
ਮੂਲਿ ਲਗੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਾਏ ॥੩॥
mūl lagai tānh satigur pāē .3.
He is attached to the Lord, the Primal Root of all, when he finds the True Guru. ||3||
ਆਪਿ ਬਸੰਤੁ ਜਗਤੁ ਸਭੁ ਵਾੜੀ ॥
āp basant jagat sabh vārī .
The Lord Himself is the season of spring; the whole world is His Garden.
ਨਾਨਕ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਨਿਰਾਲੀ ॥੪॥੫॥੧੭॥
nānak pūrai bhāg bhagat nirālī .4.5.17.
O Nanak, this most unique devotional worship comes only by perfect destiny. ||4||5||17||

ਬਸੰਤੁ ਚੜਿਆ ਫੂਲੀ ਬਨਰਾਇ ॥
basant chariā phūlī banarāi .
Spring has come, and all the plants are flowering.
ਏਹਿ ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਫੂਲਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਇ ॥੧॥
ēh jī jant phūlah har chit lāi .1.
These beings and creatures blossom forth when they focus their consciousness on the Lord. ||1||
