ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ॥
sant mandal mah har man vasai .
In the Realm of the Saints, the Lord dwells in the mind.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਦੁਰਤੁ ਸਭੁ ਨਸੈ ॥
sant mandal mah durat sabh nasai .
In the Realm of the Saints, all sins run away.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਰੀਤਿ ॥
sant mandal mah niramal rīt .
In the Realm of the Saints, one's lifestyle is immaculate.
ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਹੋਇ ਏਕ ਪਰੀਤਿ ॥੧॥
santasang hōi ēk parīt .1.
In the Society of the Saints, one comes to love the One Lord. ||1||
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲੁ ਤਹਾ ਕਾ ਨਾਉ ॥
sant mandal tahā kā nāu .
That alone is called the Realm of the Saints,
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਕੇਵਲ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
pārabraham kēval gun gāu .1. rahāu .
where only the Glorious Praises of the Supreme Lord God are sung. ||1||Pause||
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਣੁ ਰਹੈ ॥
sant mandal mah janam maran rahai .
In the Realm of the Saints, birth and death are ended.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਜਮੁ ਕਿਛੂ ਨ ਕਹੈ ॥
sant mandal mah jam kishū n kahai .
In the Realm of the Saints, the Messenger of Death cannot touch the mortal.
ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਬਾਣੀ ॥
santasang hōi niramal bānī .
In the Society of the Saints, one's speech becomes immaculate
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੀ ॥੨॥
sant mandal mah nām vakhānī .2.
In the realm of the saints, the Lord's Name is chanted. ||2||
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਕਾ ਨਿਹਚਲ ਆਸਨੁ ॥
sant mandal kā nihachal āsan .
The Realm of the Saints is the eternal, ever-stable place.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਪਾਪ ਬਿਨਾਸਨੁ ॥
sant mandal mah pāp bināsan .
In the Realm of the Saints, sins are destroyed.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਕਥਾ ॥
sant mandal mah niramal kathā .
In the Realm of the Saints, the immaculate sermon is spoken.
ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੁਖ ਨਸਾ ॥੩॥
santasang haumai dukh nasā .3.
In the Society of the Saints, the pain of egotism runs away. ||3||
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਕਾ ਨਹੀ ਬਿਨਾਸੁ ॥
sant mandal kā nahī binās .
The Realm of the Saints cannot be destroyed.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣਤਾਸੁ ॥
sant mandal mah har gunatās .
In the Realm of the Saints, is the Lord, the Treasure of Virtue.
ਸੰਤ ਮੰਡਲ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮੁ ॥
sant mandal thākur bisrām .
The Realm of the Saints is the resting place of our Lord and Master.
ਨਾਨਕ ਓਤਿ ਪੋਤਿ ਭਗਵਾਨੁ ॥੪॥੨੪॥੩੭॥
nānak ōt pōt bhagavān .4.24.37.
O Nanak, He is woven into the fabric of His devotees, through and through. ||4||24||37||
