ਬਾਪੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਸਦ ਚਰੰਜੀਵੀ ॥
bāp hamārā sad charanjīvī .
My Father is Eternal, forever alive.
ਭਾਈ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਜੀਵੀ ॥
bhāī hamārē sad hī jīvī .
My brothers live forever as well.
ਮੀਤ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਸਦਾ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ॥
mīt hamārē sadā abināsī .
My friends are permanent and imperishable.
ਕੁਟੰਬੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਵਾਸੀ ॥੧॥
kutanb hamārā nij ghar vāsī .1.
My family abides in the home of the self within. ||1||
ਹਮ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਭਹਿ ਸੁਹੇਲੇ ॥
ham sukh pāiā tānh sabhah suhēlē .
I have found peace, and so all are at peace.
ਗੁਰਿ ਪੂਰੈ ਪਿਤਾ ਸੰਗਿ ਮੇਲੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
gur pūrai pitā sang mēlē .1. rahāu .
The Perfect Guru has united me with my Father. ||1||Pause||
ਮੰਦਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਭ ਤੇ ਊਚੇ ॥
mandar mērē sabh tē ūchē .
My mansions are the highest of all.
ਦੇਸ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਪੂਛੇ ॥
dēs mērē bēant apūshē .
My countries are infinite and uncountable.
ਰਾਜੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ॥
rāj hamārā sad hī nihachal .
My kingdom is eternally stable.
ਮਾਲੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਅਖੂਟੁ ਅਬੇਚਲੁ ॥੨॥
māl hamārā akhūt abēchal .2.
My wealth is inexhaustible and permanent. ||2||
ਸੋਭਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਭ ਜੁਗ ਅੰਤਰਿ ॥
sōbhā mērī sabh jug antar .
My glorious reputation resounds throughout the ages.
ਬਾਜ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਥਾਨ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ ॥
bāj hamārī thān thanantar .
My fame has spread in all places and interspaces.
ਕੀਰਤਿ ਹਮਰੀ ਘਰਿ ਘਰਿ ਹੋਈ ॥
kīrat hamarī ghar ghar hōī .
My praises echo in each and every house.
ਭਗਤਿ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਸਭਨੀ ਲੋਈ ॥੩॥
bhagat hamārī sabhanī lōī .3.
My devotional worship is known to all people. ||3||
ਪਿਤਾ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੇ ਮਾਝ ॥
pitā hamārē pragatē mājh .
My Father has revealed Himself within me.
ਪਿਤਾ ਪੂਤ ਰਲਿ ਕੀਨੀ ਸਾਂਝ ॥
pitā pūt ral kīnī sānhjh .
The Father and son have joined together in partnership.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਉ ਪਿਤਾ ਪਤੀਨੇ ॥
kah nānak jau pitā patīnē .
Says Nanak, when my Father is pleased,
ਪਿਤਾ ਪੂਤ ਏਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ ਲੀਨੇ ॥੪॥੯॥੨੨॥
pitā pūt ēkai rang līnē .4.9.22.
then the Father and son are joined together in love, and become one. ||4||9||22||
