Maajh, Fifth Mehl:
ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਧਨੁ ਭੀ ਤੇਰਾ ॥
man tan tērā dhan bhī tērā .
Mind and body are Yours; all wealth is Yours.
ਤੂੰ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥
tūn thākur suāmī prabh mērā .
You are my God, my Lord and Master.
ਜੀਉ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਸਭੁ ਰਾਸਿ ਤੁਮਾਰੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਜੋਰੁ ਗੋਪਾਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
jīu pind sabh rās tumārī tērā jōr gōpālā jīu .1.
Body and soul and all riches are Yours. Yours is the Power, O Lord of the World. ||1||
ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਤੂੰਹੈ ਸੁਖਦਾਈ ॥
sadā sadā tūnhai sukhadāī .
Forever and ever, You are the Giver of Peace.
ਨਿਵਿ ਨਿਵਿ ਲਾਗਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਾਈ ॥
niv niv lāgā tērī pāī .
I bow down and fall at Your Feet.
ਕਾਰ ਕਮਾਵਾ ਜੇ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵਾ ਜਾ ਤੂੰ ਦੇਹਿ ਦਇਆਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
kār kamāvā jē tudh bhāvā jā tūn dēh daiālā jīu .2.
I act as it pleases You, as You cause me to act, Kind and Compassionate Dear Lord. ||2||
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੁਮ ਤੇ ਲਹਣਾ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਗਹਣਾ ॥
prabh tum tē lahanā tūn mērā gahanā .
O God, from You I receive; You are my decoration.
ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਦੇਹਿ ਸੋਈ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਹਣਾ ॥
jō tūn dēh sōī sukh sahanā .
Whatever You give me, brings me happiness.
ਜਿਥੈ ਰਖਹਿ ਬੈਕੁੰਠੁ ਤਿਥਾਈ ਤੂੰ ਸਭਨਾ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
jithai rakhah baikunth tithāī tūn sabhanā kē pratipālā jīu .3.
Wherever You keep me, is heaven. You are the Cherisher of all. ||3||
ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
simar simar nānak sukh pāiā .
Meditating, meditating in remembrance, Nanak has found peace.
ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇਆ ॥
āth pahar tērē gun gāiā .
Twenty-four hours a day, I sing Your Glorious Praises.
ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਏ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਹੋਇ ਦੁਖਾਲਾ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੩੩॥੪੦॥
sagal manōrath pūran hōē kadē n hōi dukhālā jīu .4.33.40.
All my hopes and desires are fulfilled; I shall never again suffer sorrow. ||4||33||40||
