ਸਰਬ ਜੀਆ ਕਉ ਦੇਵਣਹਾਰਾ ॥
sarab jīā kau dēvanahārā .
He is the Giver of all souls.
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਨਦਰਿ ਨਿਹਾਰਾ ॥
gur parasādī nadar nihārā .
By Guru's Grace, He blesses us with His Glance of Grace.
ਜਲ ਥਲ ਮਹੀਅਲ ਸਭਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਣੇ ਸਾਧੂ ਚਰਨ ਪਖਾਲੀ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥
jal thal mahīal sabh tripatānē sādhū charan pakhālī jīu .3.
The beings in the water, on the land and in the sky are all satisfied; I wash the Feet of the Holy. ||3||
ਮਨ ਕੀ ਇਛ ਪੁਜਾਵਣਹਾਰਾ ॥
man kī ish pujāvanahārā .
He is the Fulfiller of the desires of the mind.
ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਜਾਈ ਬਲਿਹਾਰਾ ॥
sadā sadā jāī balihārā .
Forever and ever, I am a sacrifice to Him.
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਨੁ ਕੀਆ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨਿ ਰਤੇ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਸਾਲੀ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੩੨॥੩੯॥
nānak dān kīā dukh bhanjan ratē rang rasālī jīu .4.32.39.
O Nanak, the Destroyer of pain has given this Gift; I am imbued with the Love of the Delightful Lord. ||4||32||39||
ਮਾਝ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥
mājh mahalā 5 .
Maajh, Fifth Mehl:
ਮੀਹੁ ਪਇਆ ਪਰਮੇਸਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
mīh paiā paramēsar pāiā .
The rain has fallen; I have found the Transcendent Lord God.
ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਸਭਿ ਸੁਖੀ ਵਸਾਇਆ ॥
jī jant sabh sukhī vasāiā .
All beings and creatures dwell in peace.
ਗਇਆ ਕਲੇਸੁ ਭਇਆ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਮਾਲੀ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥
gaiā kalēs bhaiā sukh sāchā har har nām samālī jīu .1.
Suffering has been dispelled, and true happiness has dawned, as we meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||1||
ਜਿਸ ਕੇ ਸੇ ਤਿਨ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਰੇ ॥
jis kē sē tin hī pratipārē .
The One, to whom we belong, cherishes and nurtures us.
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਏ ਰਖਵਾਰੇ ॥
pārabraham prabh bhaē rakhavārē .
The Supreme Lord God has become our Protector.
ਸੁਣੀ ਬੇਨੰਤੀ ਠਾਕੁਰਿ ਮੇਰੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਈ ਘਾਲੀ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥
sunī bēnantī thākur mērai pūran hōī ghālī jīu .2.
My Lord and Master has heard my prayer; my efforts have been rewarded. ||2||
