Raamkalee, Fifth Mehl:
ਸੇਵਕੁ ਲਾਇਓ ਅਪੁਨੀ ਸੇਵ ॥
sēvak lāiō apunī sēv .
He has linked His servant to His service.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਦੀਓ ਮੁਖਿ ਦੇਵ ॥
anmrit nām dīō mukh dēv .
The Divine Guru has poured the Ambrosial Naam, the Name of the Lord, into his mouth.
ਸਗਲੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਆਪਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੀ ॥
sagalī chintā āp nivārī .
He has subdued all his anxiety.
ਤਿਸੁ ਗੁਰ ਕਉ ਹਉ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ॥੧॥
tis gur kau hau sad balihārī .1.
I am forever a sacrifice to that Guru. ||1||
ਕਾਜ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਤਗੁਰ ॥
kāj hamārē pūrē satagur .
The True Guru has perfectly resolved my affairs.
ਬਾਜੇ ਅਨਹਦ ਤੂਰੇ ਸਤਗੁਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
bājē anahad tūrē satagur .1. rahāu .
The True Guru vibrates the unstruck melody of the sound current. ||1||Pause||
ਮਹਿਮਾ ਜਾ ਕੀ ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ॥
mahimā jā kī gahir ganbhīr .
His Glory is profound and unfathomable.
ਹੋਇ ਨਿਹਾਲੁ ਦੇਇ ਜਿਸੁ ਧੀਰ ॥
hōi nihāl dēi jis dhīr .
One whom He blesses with patience becomes blissful.
ਜਾ ਕੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਕਾਟੇ ਰਾਇ ॥
jā kē bandhan kātē rāi .
One whose bonds are shattered by the Sovereign Lord
ਸੋ ਨਰੁ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਨ ਜੋਨੀ ਪਾਇ ॥੨॥
sō nar bahur n jōnī pāi .2.
is not cast into the womb of reincarnation again. ||2||
ਜਾ ਕੈ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਿਓ ਆਪ ॥
jā kai antar pragatiō āp .
One who is illuminated by the Lord's radiance within,
ਤਾ ਕਉ ਨਾਹੀ ਦੂਖ ਸੰਤਾਪ ॥
tā kau nāhī dūkh santāp .
is not touched by pain and sorrow.
ਲਾਲੁ ਰਤਨੁ ਤਿਸੁ ਪਾਲੈ ਪਰਿਆ ॥
lāl ratan tis pālai pariā .
He holds in his robe the gems and jewels.
ਸਗਲ ਕੁਟੰਬ ਓਹੁ ਜਨੁ ਲੈ ਤਰਿਆ ॥੩॥
sagal kutanb ōh jan lai tariā .3.
That humble being is saved, along with all his generations. ||3||
ਨਾ ਕਿਛੁ ਭਰਮੁ ਨ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਦੂਜਾ ॥
nā kish bharam n dubidhā dūjā .
He has no doubt, double-mindedness or duality at all.
ਏਕੋ ਏਕੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਪੂਜਾ ॥
ēkō ēk niranjan pūjā .
He worships and adores the One Immaculate Lord alone.
ਜਤ ਕਤ ਦੇਖਉ ਆਪਿ ਦਇਆਲ ॥
jat kat dēkhau āp daiāl .
Wherever I look, I see the Merciful Lord.
ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਮਿਲੇ ਰਸਾਲ ॥੪॥੪॥੧੫॥
kah nānak prabh milē rasāl .4.4.15.
Says Nanak, I have found God, the source of nectar. ||4||4||15||
