ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥

ਤੇਰਾ ਭਾਣਾ ਤੂਹੈ ਮਨਾਇਹਿ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਹੋਹਿ ਦਇਆਲਾ ॥
tērā bhānā tūhai manāih jis nō hōh daiālā .
He alone obeys Your Will, O Lord, unto whom You are Merciful.
ਸਾਈ ਭਗਤਿ ਜੋ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਤੂੰ ਸਰਬ ਜੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਾ ॥੧॥
sāī bhagat jō tudh bhāvai tūn sarab jīā pratipālā .1.
That alone is devotional worship, which is pleasing to Your Will. You are the Cherisher of all beings. ||1||
ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇ ਸੰਤਾ ਟੇਕ ਤੁਮ੍ਹਾਰੀ ॥
mērē rām rāi santā tēk tumhārī .
O my Sovereign Lord, You are the Support of the Saints.
ਜੋ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵੈ ਸੋ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਤੂਹੈ ਅਧਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
jō tudh bhāvai sō paravān man tan tūhai adhārī .1. rahāu .
Whatever pleases You, they accept. You are the sustenance of their minds and bodies. ||1||Pause||
ਤੂੰ ਦਇਆਲੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਮਨਸਾ ਪੂਰਣਹਾਰਾ ॥
tūn daiāl kripāl kripā nidh manasā pūranahārā .
You are kind and compassionate, the treasure of mercy, the fulfiller of our hopes.
ਭਗਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਭਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਪਤਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਤੂੰ ਭਗਤਨ ਕਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ॥੨॥
bhagat tērē sabh prānapat prītam tūn bhagatan kā piārā .2.
You are the Beloved Lord of life of all Your devotees; You are the Beloved of Your devotees. ||2||
ਤੂ ਅਥਾਹੁ ਅਪਾਰੁ ਅਤਿ ਊਚਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਤੇਰੀ ਭਾਤੇ ॥
tū athāh apār at ūchā kōī avar n tērī bhātē .
You are unfathomable, infinite, lofty and exalted. There is no one else like You.
ਇਹ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਵਿਸਰੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਸੁਖਦਾਤੇ ॥੩॥
ih aradās hamārī suāmī visar nāhī sukhadātē .3.
This is my prayer, O my Lord and Master; may I never forget You, O Peace-giving Lord. ||3||
ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਣਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾ ਜੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੁਧੁ ਭਾਵਾ ॥
din rain sās sās gun gāvā jē suāmī tudh bhāvā .
Day and night, with each and every breath, I sing Your Glorious Praises, if it is pleasing to Your Will.
ਨਾਮੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਮਾਗੈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੁਠੈ ਪਾਵਾ ॥੪॥੧॥੪੮॥
nām tērā sukh nānak māgai sāhib tuthai pāvā .4.1.48.
Nanak begs for the peace of Your Name, O Lord and Master; as it is pleasing to Your Will, I shall attain it. ||4||1||48||
