Soohee, Fifth Mehl:
ਅਨਿਕ ਬੀਂਗ ਦਾਸ ਕੇ ਪਰਹਰਿਆ ॥
anik bīnhg dās kē parahariā .
God covers the many shortcomings of His slaves.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਅਪਨਾ ਕਰਿਆ ॥੧॥
kar kirapā prabh apanā kariā .1.
Granting His Mercy, God makes them His own. ||1||
ਤੁਮਹਿ ਛਡਾਇ ਲੀਓ ਜਨੁ ਅਪਨਾ ॥
tumah shadāi līō jan apanā .
You emancipate Your humble servant,
ਉਰਝਿ ਪਰਿਓ ਜਾਲੁ ਜਗੁ ਸੁਪਨਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
urajh pariō jāl jag supanā .1. rahāu .
and rescue him from the noose of the world, which is just a dream. ||1||Pause||
ਪਰਬਤ ਦੋਖ ਮਹਾ ਬਿਕਰਾਲਾ ॥
parabat dōkh mahā bikarālā .
Even huge mountains of sin and corruption
ਖਿਨ ਮਹਿ ਦੂਰਿ ਕੀਏ ਦਇਆਲਾ ॥੨॥
khin mah dūr kīē daiālā .2.
are removed in an instant by the Merciful Lord. ||2||
ਸੋਗ ਰੋਗ ਬਿਪਤਿ ਅਤਿ ਭਾਰੀ ॥
sōg rōg bipat at bhārī .
Sorrow, disease and the most terrible calamities
ਦੂਰਿ ਭਈ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥੩॥
dūr bhaī jap nām murārī .3.
are removed by meditating on the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||3||
ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਧਾਰਿ ਲੀਨੋ ਲੜਿ ਲਾਇ ॥
drisat dhār līnō lar lāi .
Bestowing His Glance of Grace, He attaches us to the hem of His robe.
