ਅਪਨੇ ਗੁਰ ਊਪਰਿ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੁ ॥
apanē gur ūpar kurabān .
I am a sacrifice to my Guru.
ਭਏ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ ਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਾਤੇ ਜੀਅ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
bhaē kirapāl pūran prabh dātē jī hōē miharavān . rahāu .
God, the Great Giver, the Perfect One, has become merciful to me, and now, all are kind to me. ||Pause||
ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨ ਸਰਨਾਈ ॥
nānak jan saranāī .
Servant Nanak has entered His Sanctuary.
ਜਿਨਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਾਈ ॥
jin pūran paij rakhāī .
He has perfectly preserved his honor.
ਸਗਲੇ ਦੂਖ ਮਿਟਾਈ ॥
sagalē dūkh mitāī .
All suffering has been dispelled.
ਸੁਖੁ ਭੁੰਚਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਾਈ ॥੨॥੨੮॥੯੨॥
sukh bhunchah mērē bhāī .2.28.92.
So enjoy peace, O my Siblings of Destiny! ||2||28||92||
ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥
sōrath mahalā 5 .
Sorat'h, Fifth Mehl:
ਸਿਮਰਉ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਸਾਂਈ ॥
simarau apunā sānhī .
I meditate in remembrance on my Lord.
ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰੈਨਿ ਸਦ ਧਿਆਈ ॥
dinas rain sad dhiāī .
Day and night, I ever meditate on Him.
ਹਾਥ ਦੇਇ ਜਿਨਿ ਰਾਖੇ ॥
hāth dēi jin rākhē .
He gave me His hand, and protected me.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਮਹਾ ਰਸ ਚਾਖੇ ॥੧॥
har nām mahā ras chākhē .1.
I drink in the most sublime essence of the Lord's Name. ||1||
