ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਜਗਜੀਵਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਓ ਮਨ ਮਾਝਾ ॥
jin kau kripā karī jagajīvan har ur dhāriō man mājhā .
Those, unto whom the Lord, the Life of the world, has shown Mercy, enshrine Him within their hearts, and cherish Him in their minds.
ਧਰਮ ਰਾਇ ਦਰਿ ਕਾਗਦ ਫਾਰੇ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਲੇਖਾ ਸਮਝਾ ॥੪॥੫॥
dharam rāi dar kāgad phārē jan nānak lēkhā samajhā .4.5.
The Righteous Judge of Dharma, in the Court of the Lord, has torn up my papers; servant Nanak's account has been settled. ||4||5||

ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਧ ਪਾਈ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮਨੁ ਚਲਤੌ ਭਇਓ ਅਰੂੜਾ ॥
satasangat sādh pāī vadabhāgī man chalatau bhaiō arūrā .
In the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, I found the Holy, by great good fortune; my restless mind has been quieted.
ਅਨਹਤ ਧੁਨਿ ਵਾਜਹਿ ਨਿਤ ਵਾਜੇ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਧਾਰ ਰਸਿ ਲੀੜਾ ॥੧॥
anahat dhun vājah nit vājē har anmrit dhār ras līrā .1.
The unstruck melody ever vibrates and resounds; I have taken in the sublime essence of the Lord's Ambrosial Nectar, showering down. ||1||
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਜਪਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਰੂੜਾ ॥
mērē man jap rām nām har rūrā .
O my mind, chant the Name of the Lord, the beauteous Lord.
ਮੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗਾਈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਓ ਲਾਇ ਝਪੀੜਾ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
mērai man tan prīt lagāī satigur har miliō lāi jhapīrā . rahāu .
The True Guru has drenched my mind and body with the Love of the Lord, who has met me and lovingly embraced me. ||Pause||
ਸਾਕਤ ਬੰਧ ਭਏ ਹੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਬਿਖੁ ਸੰਚਹਿ ਲਾਇ ਜਕੀੜਾ ॥
sākat bandh bhaē hai māiā bikh sanchah lāi jakīrā .
The faithless cynics are bound and gagged in the chains of Maya; they are actively engaged, gathering in the poisonous wealth.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਅਰਥਿ ਖਰਚਿ ਨਹ ਸਾਕਹਿ ਜਮਕਾਲੁ ਸਹਹਿ ਸਿਰਿ ਪੀੜਾ ॥੨॥
har kai arath kharach nah sākah jamakāl sahah sir pīrā .2.
They cannot spend this in harmony with the Lord, and so they must endure the pain which the Messenger of Death inflicts upon their heads. ||2||
ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਅਰਥਿ ਸਰੀਰੁ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗੁਰ ਸਾਧੂ ਬਹੁ ਸਰਧਾ ਲਾਇ ਮੁਖਿ ਧੂੜਾ ॥
jin har arath sarīr lagāiā gur sādhū bah saradhā lāi mukh dhūrā .
The Holy Guru has dedicated His Being to the Lord's service; with great devotion, apply the dust of His feet to your face.
ਹਲਤਿ ਪਲਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਗਾ ਮਨਿ ਗੂੜਾ ॥੩॥
halat palat har sōbhā pāvah har rang lagā man gūrā .3.
In this world and the next, you shall receive the Lord's honor, and your mind shall be imbued with the permanent color of the Lord's Love. ||3||
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਜਨ ਸਾਧੂ ਹਮ ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਕਾ ਕੀੜਾ ॥
har har mēl mēl jan sādhū ham sādh janā kā kīrā .
O Lord, Har, Har, please unite me with the Holy; compared to these Holy people, I am just a worm.
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗੀ ਪਗ ਸਾਧ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਪਾਖਾਣੁ ਹਰਿਓ ਮਨੁ ਮੂੜਾ ॥੪॥੬॥
jan nānak prīt lagī pag sādh gur mil sādhū pākhān hariō man mūrā .4.6.
Servant Nanak has enshrined love for the feet of the Holy Guru; meeting with this Holy One, my foolish, stone-like mind has blossomed forth in lush profusion. ||4||6||

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਹੁ ਅਗਮ ਅਪਾਰਾ ॥
har har simarah agam apārā .
Remember in meditation the Lord, Har, Har, the unfathomable, infinite Lord.
ਜਿਸੁ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਦੁਖੁ ਮਿਟੈ ਹਮਾਰਾ ॥
jis simarat dukh mitai hamārā .
Remembering Him in meditation, pains are dispelled.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਮਿਲਾਵਹੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥
har har satigur purakh milāvah gur miliai sukh hōī rām .1.
O Lord, Har, Har, lead me to meet the True Guru; meeting the Guru, I am at peace. ||1||
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਮੀਤ ਹਮਾਰੇ ॥
har gun gāvah mīt hamārē .
Sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, O my friend.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਖਹੁ ਉਰ ਧਾਰੇ ॥
har har nām rakhah ur dhārē .
Cherish the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, in your heart.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣਾਵਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥
har har anmrit bachan sunāvah gur miliai paragat hōī rām .2.
Read the Ambrosial Words of the Lord, Har, Har; meeting with the Guru, the Lord is revealed. ||2||
ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨ ਹਰਿ ਮਾਧੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਨਾ ॥
madhusūdan har mādhō prānā .
The Lord, the Slayer of demons, is my breath of life.
ਮੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮੀਠ ਲਗਾਨਾ ॥
mērai man tan anmrit mīth lagānā .
His Ambrosial Amrit is so sweet to my mind and body.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਹੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੩॥
har har daiā karah gur mēlah purakh niranjan sōī rām .3.
O Lord, Har, Har, have mercy upon me, and lead me to meet the Guru, the immaculate Primal Being. ||3||
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ॥
har har nām sadā sukhadātā .
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is forever the Giver of peace.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ॥
har kai rang mērā man rātā .
My mind is imbued with the Lord's Love.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਹਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੪॥੧॥੭॥
har har mahā purakh gur mēlah gur nānak nām sukh hōī rām .4.1.7.
O Lord Har, Har, lead me to meet the Guru, the Greatest Being; through the Name of Guru Nanak, I have found peace. ||4||1||7||

guramukh nām sadā lai lāhā .
As Gurmukh, ever earn the profit of the Naam.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਵਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਓੁਮਾਹਾ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥
har har har har bhagat drirāvah har har nām ōmāhā rām .1.
Implant within yourself devotion to the Lord, Har, Har, Har, Har; sincerely dedicate yourself to the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||1||
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦਇਆਲੁ ਧਿਆਹਾ ॥
har har nām daiāl dhiāhā .
Meditate on the Name of the Merciful Lord, Har, Har.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ ਸਦਾ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਹਾ ॥
har kai rang sadā gun gāhā .
WIth love, forever sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਘੂਮਰਿ ਪਾਵਹੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਤਸੰਗਿ ਓੁਮਾਹਾ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥
har har har jas ghūmar pāvah mil satasang ōmāhā rām .2.
Dance to the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har, Har; meet with the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, with sincerity. ||2||
ਆਉ ਸਖੀ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਹਾ ॥
āu sakhī har mēl milāhā .
Come, O companions - let us unite in the Lord's Union.
ਸੁਣਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਲੈ ਲਾਹਾ ॥
sun har kathā nām lai lāhā .
