ਸੁੰਨ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਗੁਫਾ ਤਹ ਆਸਨੁ ॥
sunn samādh guphā tah āsan .
They sit there, in the cave of deep Samaadhi;
ਕੇਵਲ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪੂਰਨ ਤਹ ਬਾਸਨੁ ॥
kēval braham pūran tah bāsan .
the unique, perfect Lord God dwells there.
ਭਗਤ ਸੰਗਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਗੋਸਟਿ ਕਰਤ ॥
bhagat sang prabh gōsat karat .
God holds conversations with His devotees.
ਤਹ ਹਰਖ ਨ ਸੋਗ ਨ ਜਨਮ ਨ ਮਰਤ ॥੩॥
tah harakh n sōg n janam n marat .3.
There is no pleasure or pain, no birth or death there. ||3||
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਆਪਿ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ॥
kar kirapā jis āp divāiā .
One whom the Lord Himself blesses with His Mercy,
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਤਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
sādhasang tin har dhan pāiā .
obtains the Lord's wealth in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.
ਦਇਆਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਾਨਕ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥
daiāl purakh nānak aradās .
Nanak prays to the merciful Primal Lord;
ਹਰਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਵਰਤਣਿ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਰਾਸਿ ॥੪॥੨੪॥੩੫॥
har mērī varatan har mērī rās .4.24.35.
the Lord is my merchandise, and the Lord is my capital. ||4||24||35||

Raamkalee, Fifth Mehl:
ਰਤਨ ਜਵੇਹਰ ਨਾਮ ॥
ratan javēhar nām .
The Naam, the Name of the Lord, is a jewel, a ruby.
ਸਤੁ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਗਿਆਨ ॥
sat santōkh giān .
It brings Truth, contentment and spiritual wisdom.
ਸੂਖ ਸਹਜ ਦਇਆ ਕਾ ਪੋਤਾ ॥ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਾ ਹਵਾਲੈ ਹੋਤਾ ॥੧॥
sūkh sahaj daiā kā pōtā . har bhagatā havālai hōtā .1.
The Lord entrusts the treasures of peace, intuition and kindness to His devotees. ||1||
ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ਕੋ ਭੰਡਾਰੁ ॥
mērē rām kō bhandār .
This is the treasure of my Lord.
ਖਾਤ ਖਰਚਿ ਕਛੁ ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਅੰਤੁ ਨਹੀ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
khāt kharach kash tōt n āvai ant nahī har pārāvār .1. rahāu .
Consuming and expending it, it is never used up. The Lord has no end or limitation. ||1||Pause||
ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਨਿਰਮੋਲਕ ਹੀਰਾ ॥
kīratan niramōlak hīrā .
The Kirtan of the Lord's Praise is a priceless diamond.
ਆਨੰਦ ਗੁਣੀ ਗਹੀਰਾ ॥
ānand gunī gahīrā .
It is the ocean of bliss and virtue.
ਅਨਹਦ ਬਾਣੀ ਪੂੰਜੀ ॥
anahad bānī pūnjī .
In the Word of the Guru's Bani is the wealth of the unstruck sound current.
ਸੰਤਨ ਹਥਿ ਰਾਖੀ ਕੂੰਜੀ ॥੨॥
santan hath rākhī kūnjī .2.
The Saints hold the key to it in their hands. ||2||
