Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੀ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧਾਰੈ ॥
prabh jī tū mērē prān adhārai .
O Dear God, You are the Support of my breath of life.
ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਡੰਡਉਤਿ ਬੰਦਨਾ ਅਨਿਕ ਬਾਰ ਜਾਉ ਬਾਰੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
namasakār dandaut bandanā anik bār jāu bārai .1. rahāu .
I how in humility and reverence to You; so many times, I am a sacrifice. ||1||Pause||
ਊਠਤ ਬੈਠਤ ਸੋਵਤ ਜਾਗਤ ਇਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਚਿਤਾਰੈ ॥
ūthat baithat sōvat jāgat ih man tujhah chitārai .
Sitting down, standing up, sleeping and waking, this mind thinks of You.
ਸੂਖ ਦੂਖ ਇਸੁ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਆਗੈ ਸਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
sūkh dūkh is man kī birathā tujh hī āgai sārai .1.
I describe to You my pleasure and pain, and the state of this mind. ||1||
ਤੂ ਮੇਰੀ ਓਟ ਬਲ ਬੁਧਿ ਧਨੁ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਤੁਮਹਿ ਮੇਰੈ ਪਰਵਾਰੈ ॥
tū mērī ōt bal budh dhan tum hī tumah mērai paravārai .
You are my shelter and support, power, intellect and wealth; You are my family.
ਜੋ ਤੁਮ ਕਰਹੁ ਸੋਈ ਭਲ ਹਮਰੈ ਪੇਖਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖ ਚਰਨਾਰੈ ॥੨॥੨॥੮੨॥
jō tum karah sōī bhal hamarai pēkh nānak sukh charanārai .2.2.82.
Whatever You do, I know that is good. Gazing upon Your Lotus Feet, Nanak is at peace. ||2||2||82||
